Processing guidelines
Mix all ingredients of PHASE A and adjust pH between 5,0 - 5,5 till homogeneous solution. Add ingredients of PHASE B, stir for 10-15 minutes, then homogenize till creation of a smooth emulsion. Adjust pH between 5,0 - 5,5.
